Ginger's Breadboys® Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Missing Items Policy

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes with online shopping, the item you purchased is not what you thought it was. It happens. We will gladly accept your cookie kit or flour sack towel in return but only if they are unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We need to be firm about this because there are food products inside.

Our policy lasts 90 days because we realize that you might be buying our products as gifts. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate your return.

To return an item, please include your packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with your items and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

REFUNDS

Once your returned items are received and inspected and we are able to approve your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your refund will not include your shipping costs and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returned items.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item in your kit for the same item, send us an email at ginger @ gingersbreadboys.com and let us know what was damaged or is defective. Please include your order number in the email and if possible attach a quick photo of the damaged/defective item. We'll get a new item out to you as soon as we can.

If your package was damaged in shipping, send us an email at ginger @ gingersbreadboys.com to let us know. Please include your order number in the email. We will need for you to take a photo of the damaged item and attach it to your email We will contact the shipping carrier for pick up. Once your email is received, we will process an exchange and get another kit out to you.

MISSING ITEMS

Your Ginger's Breadboys cookie kit contains 16 items and it is quite possible that in one of our kits something got overlooked. If you find that you are missing an item in your kit, send us an email at ginger @ gingersbreadboys.com to let us know. Please include your order number in the email and tell us what you're missing. We will get the missing item out to you as soon as possible.

If you want to make another batch of cookies, we will be kitting a 'Make-Another-Batch kit in the coming months. This kit will contain only the items that were not re-usable from the original kit.
