Shipping policy
We try to process all orders are within 2 to 3 business days - excluding weekends and holidays - after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Charges are calculated automatically by UPS or USPS based on speed to destination and dimensional weight (actual weight and packaging dimensions).
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, shipping is Invoiced separately after order is placed and prior to fulfillment. Calculated by weight and zone.
Local delivery and In-store pickup
At this time, local delivery is limited to our participation in pop-up stores and retail outlet and local orders in the DMV. Please see "Where to Find Us" for a store listing.
International Shipping
At this time, Ginger's Breadboys is not set up to ship internationally. However, if you really must have a gingerbread cookie kit and you're not in the United States, email me at info @ gingersbreadboys.com and I'll see what I can arrange for you. We also can arrange international shipping for gifts purchased in the United States. Be reminded that customs, tariffs, etc. can be quite expensive.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info @ gingersbreadboys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes - Can I use UPS to ship to a P.O. Box?
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
